Jennifer Cribb On Communication After A Crash

|

Jennifer Cribb was driving home from work in July when another vehicle struck her as she made a left turn. The collision totaled her car. She walked away from the scene, but the full effects wouldn’t surface for hours.

She had an airbag burn on her shin and later dealt with lingering pain. As Jennifer put it, “Adrenaline’s a powerful pain reliever”—which made those first moments after the crash nearly impossible to assess.

Hear Jennifer describe what led her to seek legal counsel and what it was like to have her questions answered throughout the process.

A Team That Followed Through

When Jennifer began looking for an attorney, she turned to friends who had worked with Chasen before. Their recommendations centered on one thing: follow-through. She was told, “He’s going to follow through,” and that gave her the confidence to move forward with us.

Communication turned out to be a meaningful part of the experience. Jennifer described being able to text when she had a question, schedule a call, and get a real conversation when she needed one. She also noted that our team included nurses—an added layer of support as she worked through the medical side of her recovery. In her words, “I always had my questions answered.”

Looking back, Jennifer said there had been “zero regret.” The experience was, as she put it, “what you hope it’s going to be if you have to go through something like this.”
